- When you use an electric model your are not harming the environment because they don't produce greenhouse gases.
- There's zero chance of flooding because of a faulty water tank.
Drawbacks:
- The initial cost is higher than a tank water heater.
- Always ask the contractor what additional expenses there may be to upgrade your present gas or electric to accommodate the heater and work that into the equation when making your decision.
