Gas Furnace Maintenance Includes;

1. Check operation of thermostat and safety control.
2. Check operation of safety limit controls.
3. Lubricate fan and motor bearing as required.
4. Check blower operation.
5. Check conditioner, tension and alignment of fan belt and adjust if necessary.
6. Attach sticker to identify heating fuse circuit on electrical service panel.
7. Clean burners and set for proper combustion and ignition.
8. Examen vent connector.
9. Clean pilot.
10. Check gas pilot safety system.
11. Check gas piping to furnace.
12. Clean air filters and re-install.
13. Clean equipment exterior.
14. Leave continuous pilot turned on.
15. Clean motor and fan.
16. Check if combustion ventilation air is adequate.
17. Check for hazardous debris in the chimney and flue.
18. Safety test for Carbon Monoxide (CO).
19. Check Heat Exchanger.
20. Verify filter type and size .
