On a final note I wish to comment on your employee Nick Fornier. For such a young man starting out in the work world I found him to be professional beyond his years. He was very attentive to working in someone else's home(take off boots or cover them, asking to dispose of debris etc) besides the obvious skill and knowledge of working on an oil system.
He worked steadily to determine the problem and never complained about it.

Premier Comfort installed a Mitsubishi Ductless Split air conditioner heat pump in our master bedroom and we were extremely happy with the work that was done. Professional, clean, punctual, polite and very knowledgeable. The duct outside the house were nicely installed and covered so that it looks seamless on our bricks. We had excellent advices from Arek and the unit is extremely quiet and efficient. We already sleep better! He also installed a humidifier and master thermostat that control everything (heat, central air conditioning and humidity) in the house. We highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to improve their indoor air quality. Thank you again for your great work.

Premier Comfort has been doing the maintenance on our furnace and air conditioner for the past four years. We decided to contract them for the installation of a high-efficiency furnace, an air conditioner and an on demand hot water tank.
This work was done in January 2011 and the temperature was not in our favor. The scope of work was to remove the old furnace, rearrange some of the duct work, install the high efficiency furnace in a different location, remove the old hot water tank, install the on demand hot water tank and remove the old air condition and install the air conditioner.
This represented a lot of work to undertake in this cold weather. A good plan from the two technicians and we were only 24 hours without heat, but Premier Comfort did provide us with heaters.
The technicians worked non stop in a very professional manner. They answered all of our questions (and we had quite a few) and were also very informative for this on demand hot water tank.
The technicians were at the house for four days and on a daily basis either Eric or Martin Lavoie came to assess the work and ensure that the technicians had everything they needed.
The two technicians Marc and Mike were great to have around as they were very friendly and courteous.
Premier Comfort also installed a furnace at our son's house a week before they did ours.
We are extremely satisfied with the work that Premier Comfort has done in our home and would recommend anytime for installations and annual maintenance.

In the age of, screw it, buy a new one, it was a pleasure to see someone with the intelligence and ability to be able to repair the line.

The furnace and water tank installation are now complete. Mark did a great job putting in the furnace, and Mike did a great job with the gas installation yesterday and the installation of the hot water tank today. Your employees did a great job of duct cleaning. I had no idea they were so dirty!!! Previous owners, perhaps, did not keep up the cleaning. Anyway, he did a very thorough, quality job, and I told him that as well.
I will have to contact the government energy inspector to come and reinspect the home, now that the renovations are finished. Who knows, maybe we can qualify for some rebates still.

We called saturday morning and received a follow up call immediately during the same hour. The technician that came to my house couldn't have been more courteous. He left to pick up a part and called me from the shop to tell me when he was going to return.

Nick, the guy that did the duct cleaning is so friendly and definitely a people’s person. He works so hard and always runs from point A to point B. He is very pleasant and has a good sense of humour. As soon as he walked in our house, he introduced himself and told us what he would be doing. He left our house without us noticing so please extend our sincere thanks to him. Nick is also a very considerate fellow, while working upstairs, without being asked, he took his boots off so he would not dirty our carpets.
It was also a pleasure for us to dealt with people that keeps their promises. We are really pleased that the pipes were put under the deck so at least it is not an eye sore when I’m sitting in my summer living room (back yard). A fellow, came by in the afternoon and gave us that option. We were thrilled but I felt bad for the fellow that had to scrawl under the deck
